What does fissara do for O2?

Telecoms giant O2 has implemented fissara to provide elements of their field-force management. O2 will use our digital platform to tackle the complex resource planning issues faced by its management centre. The challenge lay in improving how shifts and rotas were assigned to staff and achieving greater control in holiday bookings and overtime working. The management centre employees use a fissara developed mobile app that offers access to rosters, a web-based console also provides detailed analysis and reporting to help with future resource planning and business decision making.
